October 4

• DECISION MADE: Qian xun is going back to China and live with her grandmother. Qian Xun's half sister, Grace, will have the right to maintain links with her.

• I sincerely hope that the court decision can bring peace to Qian Xun's life and end this long saga. My best wishes goes with Qian Xun and her grandmother. I hope that Qian Xun can grow up in a environment without the shadow of such a tragic event.

• This post will be no longer updated. But for that guy in the States, we are still watching you and will continue to do that in the future. You have nowhere to hide.

October 3

No new information available. It is expected that custody battle of Qian Xun Xue will be solved in this weekend or early next week.

October 1

• 12.50PM Qian Xun and her half sister, Grace Xue met each other in the conference this morning. Fate of Qian Xun is still undecided. It is expected that the family court will decide on this matter later this week.

• 12.30PM the Family Conference to decide the fate of Qian Xun Xue should now or about to end. I'll post new information here as soon as it become available.

• There are numbers of accusations from Chinese community saying that, Grace Xue, Qian Xun Xue's half sister, set up the "little pumpkin fund" to benefit her own financial interest. I cannot confirm the accuracy of these accusations, but I can confirm the accuracy of this herald report.

• A new report says that Mr Xue just completed a "stop violence" programme before the killing.
• The only man who have seen Nai Yin Xue since his escape to America, says that "he is a lair".

• 10.00 AM Qian Xun's half sister, Grace Xue has decided not to apply to adapt her.

• 4.40 PM In an open letter to New Zealand public, hse thanked their help and support through this "very time".

• 4.30 PM Qian Xun's grandmother arrived in Auckland earlier today. They are set to reunion as soon as possible.

• 12.05 PM Seems that I was actually right yesterday. Herald today reported that Qian Xun Xue, the “Pumpkin”, backed to New Zealand yesterday afternoon.

• 6.00 PM if the information I got is right, Qian Xun Xue, the "Pumpkin", should be now on her way home. (One News at 6 said there are still few days to go, seems my information was wrong:(.

• Qian Xun's grandmother should be arrive in Auckland on early wednesday.

• Police in US think that Mr Nai Yin Xue's ex-girlfriend might held a vital clue to Mr Xue's whereabouts.

• 6.00 PM: Police believes that Mr Xue is still in LA.

• 11.50AM: Police have found a motel believed to be where Mr Xue stay in Amercia first night.

September 21

• 7.00 PM I revisited the house of Anan Liu and Nai Yin Xue again today. Photos can be seen here.

• 10.00 AM Reports say that Mr Xue may took a airport shuttle to Chinatown after arriving to LA on Saturday.

• 8.20 AM Qian Xun Xue( The Pumpkin), has been given clearance to go back to New Zealand. However, a date for her return is still undecided. It is expecting that she will meet her grandmother in a very near future in New Zealand.

• 7.40 AM People attending the moon festival --- the festival of family reunion in Chinese tradition in Waitakere City today will observe a minute of silence to commemorate Ms Anan Liu.

September 20

• New Zealand Police today officially announced that the body found inside Mr Xue's car belongs to Anan Liu, Qian Xun Xue (Pumpkin)'s missing mother.

• Qian Xun Xue is still under custody of Australian authority. She still has not been informed about her mother's death.

• Interpol issued warrant for arrest of Naiyin Xue. Police in America are in search of Mr Xue.

September 19

• 5.10pm Pres release from the new zealand police

• 4.40pm Police announce that they have found a body in Mr Xue's Car.

• 3.40PM...According to Skykiwi.com, Mr Xue took about US$6,000 from a currency exchange company on September, 13.

• Police will hold another press conference at Auckland Central Police Station 4pm NZ time today.

• The Pumpkin's older sister surfaces but there is still no information on whereabouts of Pumpkin's both parents.(The Age)
